WE ARE YOUR DOC ON THE SPOT!
Dr. Sakhai in Huntsville Alabama realizes you have a choice in which Licensed NRCMA Medical Examiner to do your DOT Physical, a requirement for all commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers.
What is different about us is that WE COME TO YOU. We have found that trucking and fleet companies can get their drivers examined and certified quicker and easier by having the Doc come to them instead of sending your drivers to other examination offices. Whether you're in Cullman, Scottsboro, Morgan County, Madison County, Limestone County, Marshall County, Jackson County, Franklin Tennessee, or anywhere in the Tennessee Valley, Dr. Sakhai can come to your office and conduct DOT Physicals on your drivers all at once.
This will alleviate you from following up with the drivers, or depending on them to get to the office for the examination.
When we come to you, we charge what most offices charge for you to come to them!

LICENSED MEDICAL EXAMINER
A Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination is conducted by a licensed "medical examiner." The term includes doctors of chiropractic (DC), which is exactly what Dr. Sakhai in the Tennessee Valley is.
If Dr. Sakhai finds that the person he examined is physically qualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle (CMV), he will furnish a copy of the results to the person who was examined and complete a Medical Examiner's Certificate. A DOT Physical is good for up to 24 months, but Dr. Sakhai may issue it for a shorter term if the person he examined has a condition requiring reexamination sooner (e.g. high blood pressure).
The DOT, for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers, considers YOU the most important safety feature! Each time you turn the key, you are responsible for your own safety, as well as the safety of all the people who share the road with you. The physical examination you take for your medical certificate confirms that you are healthy enough to safely perform the demanding job of a CMV driver and keep our Nation’s roads safe.
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has updated the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations to better reflect the physical demands drivers face and to help them be safer on the job. The new regulations require all medical examiners performing DOT physicals to be trained and certified in the FMCSA standards as well as report exam results monthly to the FMCSA.
The DOT requires these examinations to monitor the health and physical demands that being a CMV driver can put on you. Dr. Sakhai is one of the few NRCMA Licensed Medical Examiners
Charging less than other licensed medical examiners who can administer a DOT physical in North Alabama, Dr. Sakhai can get you certified quicker and with less hassle than most. Call today to set p your appointment.
